Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. We have a 3-month cancellation policy, which means that once you initiate the cancellation process, your subscription will remain active for the next three billing cycles. This allows you to continue accessing all features and support during this period while you complete any ongoing projects. After the three months, your subscription will be fully canceled, and you will no longer be charged.

Can I restrict user access for some team members?

Eventwise has carefully crafted four different user groups with event management in mind. When you invite a user to your organisation, you will assign them to one of the following user groups: director, bookkeeper, cost manager, ticket manager.

You can opt to use the default permissions for each of these user groups, or you can select your own from the list within your organisation settings
